Jake Dinkins focuses his legal practice on patent and antitrust litigation and IP licensing agreements. He uses his education and experience in biochemistry and organic chemistry to assist clients in achieving their goals.
Jake has assisted clients with patent drafting and litigation involving pharmaceuticals and telecommunications. He has assisted a client subpoenaed in an Investigation before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
While in law school, Jake taught first year law students legal research and writing. He played on the law school’s hockey team when it won the Golden Gavel.
Jake enjoys playing and watching ice hockey, cooking chili, and wrestling with his cat.
